>Any return of exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item
Any shortage of item or wrong item received
>Provide picture of the item contents within the parcel package
>Provide picture of the parcel package with the delivery information.
Defective item issue
>Physical appearance damage will void warranty(No exchange/return allowed)
>Provide picture of the defective area of the received item
>Provide video of the non-functioning of the product. (For electronic products)
>Must keep original box for warranty purpose (For Price more than $50, Like Fan, Air purifier, Vacuum Cleaner etc)
>We only accept return by Qxpress, any other return like singpost, ninjavan, etc, we won't accept.
Any change of mind from buyer's end or would like to change to other available products or does not want the item anymore
>We don't provide trial, so cannot exchange/return due to this reason.

Hi, are the mounting plates interchangeable between the different Yeelight ceiling lights? Not quite happy with the one I got so might buy a different version to see if it's better, but I don't want to have to go through the installation process again. |

Bad experience from the seller, told him the the lamp seal is temped and the light temperature is not working and the remote control hang some times and refused to change or refund. Beware of this selling very bad attitude ...us 4 letter words while discussing, Worst seller i have encounter. |
