  Hi,

After buying the voucher in Nov 2018, I had went down personally to the store to redeem. However, on that day itself, the staff said that there is NO MORE STOCK and advised me to call before coming down. I requested to leave my contact number and got him to contact me when there is available stocks. After 1-2 weeks, I called back again to check. Still there is no stock available. Time passed and I realized in March 2019 that I have yet to collect the item! When I called back the contact, the staff intentionally avoided my calls. PLEASE PROCEED TO DO A FULL REFUND OF MY PURCHASE!

Was informed by the staff in Nov'18 that I will be notified when the purifier is restocked but no one called back. Tried calling again in Mar'19, and no one picked up. Whatsapped the number, message was read but there was no response.

Had to take a chance and went to the shop again, luckily there was stock this time (wondering why there was no response when the air purifier was restocked already, was the buyer hoping I give up and cheat me of my money?), but there was no apology whatsoever for the inconvenience and unresponsive behaviour from the shop.

Utterly bad service, and will not purchase from this shop again. Don't leave me your number when you don't plan to respond. Total nightmare.
